Default Body Shells

Which of the available body shells are best for different tracks,eg. asphalt,short tight and twisty, or, asphalt, big with long sweepers?.

Does the grip on the track matter much or should the deciding factor be the layout ??

Each shell gives the car a different feel and makes the car react differently. Last week I raced at West London and tried different shells back to back. The LTC-R should have been better because it's meant to give more steering and be a faster shell, but it makes the car very twitchy and nervious. I changed shells to a Mazda Speed 6 and the car became so much easier to drive and gave me more confidence to push it harder that I was lapping half a second a lap quicker.
