Default mamba max trouble

hi all

i have an old mamba max combo that was sitting on the shelf for a year or so.
I bought a new battery and had it going fine.

then i connected it to my pc and updated the firmware (from .17 to .32 or somthing) and now i have no throttle response in either direction and cannot get it to recalibrate.
i have tried a diffrent radio kit (spektrum) but still have the same problem

if anyone has any idea what i'm doing wrong, the help would be much appreciated

thanks

It is the new software .32 you have go back to the old software .29 or so.
