I just wanted to share that I have been using an SS GTB with a 75mhz FM radio and as long as the receiver is an inch or so away from the ESC I have no problems whatsoever. I just put my receiver on top of the servo to give them some distance. If I put the receiver on the chassis next to the ESC it glitches like mad.

Hadn't seen any pictures surface yet myself!
The Ballistics are our new line of modified motors. We will first be introducing them in the 3.5 - 8.5 winds.
These motors will feature a redesigned rear end bell assembly that allows for easier timing adjustment than before and it also offers users the convenience of replaceable sensor harnesses... all in an innovative new package.
We are going to hold off on releasing other winds based on the ballistic due to the fact that many series around the country use our motors exclusively and we do not want to "force" people into feeling like they need to buy a new motor right away in order to continue competing in the series that they are currently running.

Ug....don't remind me about those "rotor lubricants!"
How you guys doing?
In fact I had some steak last night...but I had eating utensils...so there was no "Skuba Vs. Wild" re-enactment.
Ghai!

Yes, the spread spectrum GTB is intended for use with any 2.4 GHz system.

Steve, I want to try a 13mm rotor in my touring car, will the smaller air gap make the motor run any hotter? And will I need to change the gearing any with the different rotor?
Thanks
Chris
Thanks

Hi Chris,
What motor are you planning on running the 13 mm rotor in?
Usually when going from the 12.3 to the 13 mm rotor I gear up two or 3 teeth with a 3.5 or 4.5 turn motor.
Once you make the gearing change everything should run about on par with where it was before, but with more torque/consistant braking.
Hope this helps!
