Default Need ID for car please

I've been in the dirt for some time now and would like help identifying this car. I found it on craigslist and am doing a trade. Please let me know anything you may know about it. I know it's a HPI RS4 with the Tamahawk esc and Saturn 20t motor. Guy said it's 100% stock. My question is what model RS4?

Thanks guys!!

I'm not sure. Could be?? From what I've read the RS4 and Sprint can share a lot of parts. The ad on CL said RS4 though. But looking on HPI's website there are like 5 electric RS4's. I just want to know which one I'm getting.

Looks like either a sprint or sprint2.

Its not a pro/pro2
And its not an original RS4 model (Did not have a rear belt)

Looks in good condition!

Ok almost 100% is an original sprint (Not sprint2)

- Has aluminium shock caps (Not purple anodised)
- Has a small indentation in chassis under servo horn

As soon as you said that look what I found! http://www.hpiracing.com/kitinfo/701/

How is getting parts for these? Are they compatible with the current Sprint models?

Try downloading the parts list for both cars and see what parts are the same...

Still not sure if they make the sprint2 still, but you would find it easier to get parts for the 2 since its newer

Other option is get a cheap second car. I cant imagine a used one being too expensive if someone wants to sell it bad enough

If your going to be racing (On a track) you might want to consider something a little better suited. This car would make a fine basher, but not such a great race car.
