I know of just one chassis version for the RS12G with the servo at right side as your car. Yes it seems the chassis was flipped as you´re saying.

Yes Composite Craft did produce a Lynx 1/12. There were only 4 made. I have Terry's, Chris Doseck, Andy Dobson and Bob Hall had the other 3. I am trying to purchase Bob Hall's call from a guy in Michigan. I have offered $600 but he still wont sell it. He want's $900.

Nice car! Not the one I saw Terry running. This is a smaller version of the Lynx II 1/10th car, which was one of my favorites.

I agree, back in the day of racing concrete oval this car was king on our Kingsport Tn. track.
I had the Bolink LTO and no chance at all.

By the time I started in this hobby and found the place, it was on its way out. I was able to run a practice there on what was left. Even bought a Bolink wiper arm controller there. Would be nice to see what the place looked like in its hey day.
I have a still picture of the TQ hobbies track. No one is running anything - taken around 1985-86

Default 1974 Jerobee

Here's a pic from 1974 - Phoenix area. My brother and I hadn't started racing yet but knew we wanted to so we drove up to Phx from Tucson to the A.M.A.R.A race. That was the first club in Arizona and stood for Arizona Miniature Auto Racing Association. They lasted until about 77-78 and mostly ran 1/8 flat pan cars. The Jerobee's were a difficult car to run long because they tended to overheat (especially in Arizona). They eventually gave way to the Leisure Cars and then the Associated 12E.
The first car has been modified from the original with side wings that held a larger fuel tank, a heat sink and a lexan body (Porsche 917 30KL in this case) The second car sports a McLaren body (same model as the OEM kit but Lexan). Both cars also have the modified chassis (grey lexan) instead of the black molded plastic chassis.

This is a Delta Super Phaser with a McAllister RM1 body and a Corvette GTP body on it from 1985. SRS in Phoenix had some races class that only allowed GTP bodies

That was such a fun track back in the mid-late 80's. Too bad we have no 12th tracks here anymore.

I'm sure that these cars were being driven in the Florida State series back then. I vaguely remember the 1/12, but thought the 1/10 was fast but also slightly fragile if the rear end got hit or tagged a board or dot.

I missed a golden opportunity to take a pic of Lonny's 12L that won an Arizona state championship once upon a time. I'll see if I can get it next time.
