Default help me to choose a esc and motor

hi, i've just built my new schumacher MI4cx and i need help choosing my brushless setup as i haven't got a clue. It must be 13.5 turn and i will be running on carpet and i have £140 to spend. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

hobbywing extreme stock + corally red series 13.5 = done, and very quick...

Boosted or blinky?

Blinky, there are dozens of options in your price range that will do the job.

Boosted, hobbywing is about your only option new, though I would try to find a deal on a used tekin.

my local rc shop was trying to sell me a fusion exceed motor and speed controller for £80. are they any good or not worth bothering?

I have just found the hobbywing extreme stock esc for £75 and the also sell a HobbyWing XERUN 13.5T motor for £55. Would that work?

go for the ESC, not the motor. get the corally or graupner 13.5

i've now found a second hand Novak 13.5 Ballistic Brushless Motor and a
Tekin 13.5 Brushless Motor. Would any of these be any good

Those are both good motors, but I would not recommend buying a used one. If you are looking for affordable, quality electronics check out Speed Passion.
