Default Tamiya Track USA - TRF415 TCS

Anyone have a setup sheet for the tamiya USA track in CA ??

im trying to setup my TRF415 for the coming TCS race but have no idea what to set my gearing at for 17.5

17.5 between 3.5 to 4.0 FDR (Final Drive Ratio), as long as your motor doesn't get more than 160F.

Phazewun, please note, that setup was prior to repaving at the Tamiya track. In any event, bring your car over and I'll set the car up for you with these settings...provided that you bring the parts Or I can bring my car car and you can try to photo copy it. I'm the dude with either the flourescent red nsx or blue and white integra.

sounds good thanks ! i did a generic setup yesterday that was pretty close to that.. just not sure about the gearing ill have to bring a few to test.

also coolings fans are legal for the TCS race right ?

Thing about setup is drivers have similar but not exact driving style, therefore you should start with a good basis then change it to your liking.

You can find the TCS Rules and Regulations from Tamiya USA. No more than two 30mmx30mm fans allowed, including the ESC.
