It makes me wonder if anybody made a TC4 chassis with no battery slots...

This is one of my 2 Exotek lipo chassis Tamiya Evolution 5 MS's or Exo-Evo-5-MS. I will be running them in USGT and USVTA classes. They are "new" to me, so I haven't had a chance to race them yet, but they look fast. Half the fun is trying to find an Evo 5 MS! I'm looking forward to carpet season!

Here is my math: Tamiya + shaft drive + exo lipo chassis + gear diff + rare = WIN. This doesn't mean I will win, but the car could win if it was in the right hands. So I took 2 away from these people so you should thank me.

Default Rs4

Hi guys, does anybody have parts for an electric rs4? I just need the rear shock tower and two shocks. I really want to get mine running again badly. Not have the car run bad but you get the picture. I can buy the shocks from a site but not the shock tower anywhere

This is definitely a good place to start asking, but I would post a new thread in the "WTB" or want to buy thread. There are a lot of folks who are looking to unload some older rides to buy parts for the current ones.

Isn't the Sprint 2 from HPI the same chassis?

Someone should make a carbon fiber one that should work.

edit- is the sprint 2 the new car out by HPI? if it is it is not compatible at all with the rs4 in terms of the chassis. I called HPI directly about this. Shocks and stuff are interchangeable. Thanks for the tips guys. I found one in the for sale thread but it seems somebody got to it before me like 2 days ago before I joined sheesh.

After applauding everyone else on keeping the old dogs alive, I can finally add to the conversation.

My driver figure is on its way, but here is my nearly completed VTA runner. A TA03R TRF with the additions of rare Trinity purple hub carriers and Novak brushless power.

I am slowly completing a few Tamiya old schoolers that I cannot wait to share

SO, KEEP THIS THREAD ALIVE FELLAS!

just an update. Finally raced the pro4 today. Really impressed on its first outing. It does need some fine tuning though since I ran out of time during the day to try things. I can say lap times and average are just as fast as my TCXX, and have laptimes to back it up too! Handling between the two cars feel different. My TCXX feels very safe to drive and the pro4 I had to drive it on the edge to get good times. I think the only cons for me are rarity of parts and the ball diffs. Does anyone want to hook me up with a spare car and/or parts? please
