Can you run dampening plates on this car or is it tube only?

You can use discs or tubes. To use the discs, you'll have to use the L3/4 top pod plate.

I'm so undecided right now as to what car to run. I'm currently running a Hyperdrive. There are so many new cars out there... BMI, CEFX, T-Force, L4, Hammer 12.... I'm having a very tough time deciding.

So, I guess my question is where on the track is the Quad 12 more superior then the other cars out there? My Hyperdrive right now drives fine and transition well, good thru corners (not great), but it's heavy, I have to go with all ti screws to get weight to 28.6oz. I'm already using KO 302 receiver, QC2 speedo and KO 947 servo.

One of my club guy Street_Racer is running a Quad 12 right now.

He should be able to atest to how great the car is.

The graphite is super stiff, so the car reacts really well to any change that you make in set up.

This is a conversion not a kit right.

Default do the conversion

Yes it is a conversion kit. If you have parts for a 12L3/4 or equivalent, you can build a Q12. To me it's a no-brainer; a hundred bucks and parts most of us have already and you have one of the best 1/12th cars around.
