* Mugen Fast Tire foams are in stock

* 3 Racing F201 and MTX-3 hop-ups are in stock

Jeff,

Here's the bad news, I got confirmation from Tamiya today that the car kit has been discontinued...yes, the EVOIII is discontinued, I don't know why

Hermi,

I asked about the new charger, but since it is not here just yet they are not 100% sure on the specs yet.

Thanks for readying guys!

Steve,

What is the updated, expected release date for the Yok SD.
I have one on pre-order with Speedtech and was notified that you would send out an email 1 week before release. I know you are probably being asked this question plenty of times in a day but an update on this board would be nice.

Have a nice day,
Yorkie

Steve did they give you any info as to why they discontinued the kit? Had taken my time to decide on one...but do not want to get one if tamiya has something in the wings coming out. I know of the "Red Version" but that kit will be a little out of my price range. Any more info you can give will be great...may have to take anouther look at that new yok now!

Hi Guys,

my sales rep. at Tamiya didn't say why it was discontinued, so I'm not sure why either They do have the red version coming (surikan edition) but even Tamiya USA dosen't have a price on them. I've been trying to convince them to take another look at the EVOIII situation and possibly reverse the decision they've made to discontinued the car, but chances are slim.

As for the MR-4TCSD, I got a call yesterday from yokomo USA and they said the kit is suppose to arrive next Wednesday and ready to be shipped to dealers on Thursday or Friday.

Limited edition and production about the same...
usually the limited edition kits are marked and limited to a curtain number of kits to be released. something like kit #459 of 1000 kits. Tamiya did this too with the Sulikarn limited 414MII...

So Steve do you think your first shipment from Yokomo will be all called for or could a person still preorder in the next day or so and get one on the first shipment?
