What oil did you run? The temps at the track could be (a lot) higher and that does influences damping

Just waiting on the parts to arrive from the factory. They are on the way right now, so we are at the mercy of the post office, EMS and customs.

Front 40wt rear 35wt air temperature 20 degrees Celsius. Did change only the springs. Used RSD pistons and Bladders!

Hehehe. Those are all good. I have some quotes out for different decal sheets right now.

Also, we have been thinking about hats. Shirts are always hit or miss and we need too many sizes to stock. We'll see.

I really like the RSD6.won :P

Well I'm finally back from the Reedy race, and must say I learned A LOT! First time driving an rc car in over a year and a half and it sure showed. Haha. Had a blast and loved this new RSD6. Changed my setup all week long and finally got it pretty close. I think Christians starting setup was good, but it lacked in the corner entry steering and corner speed departments. I had a top 5 car, but ended up 4th in the B due to the rusty driver. If I knew how to shrink PDF files I'd post my setup. If anyone wants it just ask and I'll email it.

One suggestion for durability with the RSD 6. Put either a washer under the screw on the tops of the dual bellcranks or use a cap screw. I hit at full steering lock and the aluminum piece connecting the two arms hopped on top of the screw and cause it to get bound up and stuck. This might only be an issue on the right side.

I would also servo taping the servo in addition to using the L bracket. The L bracket, for me at least, didn't seem to want to stay in position. The screws would loosen on me a bit and then the steering would being to drift.

Good suggestions, on both issues. A cap screw would be great.

Using servo tape helps out, even if just a few thin strips. Use loctite on the small M2 screws as well. this helps with holding power.

Canyon, I am glad you enjoyed the car. Please e-mail me your set-up sheet. I am creating an RSD6 reference page on our website and would love to put the set up in there.

Glad you got it!

And as an update, ALL RSD6 parts are almost here. They have cleared customs so they should be here tomorrow/Monday. Once we receive them, we will inspect them and package them and get them on the way ASAP!

I appreciate the patience guys, they will be worth the wait.
