About the top deck it would be nice to have different thicknesses let's say 2.0mm; 1.8mm; 1.6mm?? Instead of just different cut variations.

We will probably have at least one 2mm top deck soon. However, I am not sure if we will make different thickness ones as the other sizes are non-standard carbon and we need to order a lot of material to get them done, it just is not cost efficient.

We are considering a 2.00mm option lower deck for extreme situations, but we still are in planning stages. The chassis has to be cut differently or it would be too soft.

What's the "best" / easiest way to "cut" the top deck?

If you mean what to cut it with, just use a dremel. Cut off wheel and sanding drum. Cut it where CT shows.

CT, the bearings for the tc6 and the dcj's, i tried to use the 5x10x4 and they are wider than the steering block recess. should i have used a 5x10x3 instead? did i miss something?
