Finally! Can you tell me length and diameter, please. I need this information for for some CNC chassis parts I drew for my TC6 (won't be a real TC6 afterwards, because all carbon and aluminum parts will be exchanged...).

Thank you!

Will the fan mounts be shipped out as they come in, or held for another order? I could use a set of internals for the gear diffs, but they were out of stock on my last order. If you have those in stock when the fans come in, I'll order the gear set and you could just ship the fan mount with that.

This "butchered" upper deck I have is working quite nicely........

Cody, not sure I understand? They should be shipped out as soon as they come in... I think I have internal gears in stock right now though.

As for the DCJ's we are waiting on a new prototype, which should be ready soon. The first version, from what I heard were not very well done, so they had to re-make the samples. Once these are tested, it should take about 6 more weeks. So right now, if I was to guess on an ETA, I'd say December I know it's a bit of a wait, but we want to ensure that this project is done properly, so that they are actually good working parts.

I meant instead of shipping mine as soon as it comes in, just let me know and I'll just place another order for gear parts and you can put it with that!

Are the new DCJ's bolt on or will they still require some C hub dremeling?

You will have to open up the c-hub some, there is no way around that with a DCJ and the current c-hub. But they will be bolt on in the sense you dont need different bearings, hexes, shimming, etc.

All the caster blocks I've ever broke snapped near the hinge pin or at the top ballstud. This includes the XRAY ones I Dremel'd quite excessively for the Spec-R shafts on my T3. As long as you don't overdo the grinding it wont necessarily make the caster block any weaker.

Or buy aluminum ones

Mike and Cody, thanks for the help.

Sam, they are right, a little dremeling will be needed, but the design is done so that this is a minimum amount.

I should have more gear diffs here early next week. Last batch sold out before it got to the store! They are moving really well...
