Thanks Johnson! That is great news. All my guys that have installed the aluminum chassis have gone 1-2 tenths faster per lap and their cars get much more consistent over a full run.

Now, if you want to take it to another level, the Lightweight suspension makes it even better. These should be ready to ship on Monday and I only have a few sets left.

Hey Christian can you post your set up like you did the last one. But this time with the new suspension parts? I would like to use those settings as a base starting point. Please and thank you.

Here we go:

Front:
Upper tower: ooxo oxoo
Lower Arm: C
Piston: 315 (3x1.15)
Oil: yokomo 500 (ae 40)
Spring: yokomo blue (rsd light blue)
Yellow sway bar
Wheelbase: 4mm behind arm
Arm mounts:
FF: ( ..)(.. )
FR: ( ...) (... )
1mm under all suspension mounts
0mm ackerman shims
RSD servo mount
4mm hex with 0.5mm shim
Inside link: 2mm
Outside link: no shims rsd black stud

Rear:
Upper Tower: oxoo ooxo
Lower arm: C
Piston: 315
Oil: 500
Spring: yokomo black (rsd white)
White sway bar
Wheelbase: 4mm in front of arm
Arm Mounts:
FR: (.. ) ( ..)
RR: ( . ) ( . )
1mm under all mounts
1mm inside link short stud (ae black)
2mm outside link (ae silver)
3000cst diff
Std hex
RSD aluminum bones

If it were asphalt, I would just change to an HPI silver/ RSD gold spring. And maybe give it a little more rear toe. Everything else should be pretty close.

I belive there is a typo in your rear shock position for the tower. Also what is considered the a b c holes for the arms? Thanks for the set up!

The c position is easy to identify on the arms. It is molded in.

The typo is fixed.

However the two cars besides a few other parts are completely different so they'll fit on but besides that is kind of a mystery.
Thanks for your reply!
