Can you please, please, please, test the latest Xray short springs and add them to your chart along with your latest springs.

Thanks

I have not had access to the spring tester lately, but I will try sometime after the USA carpet nationals. Earliest I can get to is early March.

Default New Items In Stock

RSD123 RSD Silicone Gear Diff Putty

This stuff is for when 2.5 Million is still not enough. It provides maximum steering. The silicone putty makes your diff feel like a spool that simply has more turn in. Not much On Power Steering is lost.

RSD124 RSD Black Grease

RSD125 RSD Pure Silicone Diff Grease

Pure Silicone Grease which is excellent for your Pan Car/ F1 Ball diff.

RSD126 RSD Drive Joint Grease

Excellent anti wear grease for drive shafts and drive pins.

RSD127 RSD Black Silicone Wire Pigtails

Soft, flexible wire to black out your electronics.

RSD1212 RSD 12th Scale Front Roll Center and Ride Height Shims for CRC (0.5 and 1.0mm)

This is a Roll Center and Ride Height Shim Kit for your 12th Scale. Designed to be used mostly with the CRC Front end, the hole spacing will still work as a ride height Shim for and old school front end and any of the old standard screw pattern ones as well.

The shims are 0.5 and 1.0 mm and they are made from black G10. These shims can alsocbe used to fine tune the front roll center of your CRC Front end car.

Here's a video of the putty:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_8dzIUcv8I

I was able to improve the hot lap by a tenth over the 2.5 million diff today nearly matching the fastest lap I have ever done on the layout we have right now (8.920 vs 8.965). Mind you there has only ever been three 8.9 second laps on our layout ever.

The set-up needs a little bit of refinement as the car is just not as consistent as with a spool or a 2.5 million diff. However the car carries visually more speed and is much better in the 2 sweepers on the track. I REALLY like this stuff. A few tweaks on the set-up and I might be making the permanent switch to the gear diff (I usually prefer the spool as it is about a tenth quicker.)

Default One last one for today

RSD128 RSD Adjustable Body Mounts for TC6.2

Fine tune the height and bias the down force of your body on your TC with these. They now include an o-ring that makes them easier to adjust and keeps the setting true.

Default Possibly the worst customer service

I haven't been in this hobby very long and just only got into TC in the last 6 months and I'm enjoying it extremely. You guys are putting out some really outstanding parts for my 6.1 and 6.2 but your customer service is possible the worst I have ever dealt with, in and out of RC. I have submitted multiple messages on your website (no one ever picks up the phone) and have not received any response in weeks. Like I said in one of the messages, I place more value in the way a company treats it's costumers that the products they put out. Which is a shame again since you guys have a lot of good parts coming out.

It is hard to handle a complaint on a forum without a name or order number attached to a handle.

Contact me directly at: [email protected] and I will look into this issue further for you.

And just so you know. Our phone number is mostly an answering service, since our shop does not have regular hours of operation. It is best to call Tu-Th-sat after 3 pm
