Yes, they should fit.

The parts are interchangeable.

Just received the EVO chassis today. With the Holiday, we will try to have all of them shipped by Friday! They look really good.

Default V2 couplings ????

Wondering if the V2 coupling with retainers can be used with the V1 dcj's?

Cristian, sorry for labouring this but...

If I order the RSD070 DCJ's (narrow) do I need new wheel hexes for my TC6.1?

Or should I be going for the wide axles... what is the difference on track?

The axle requires the rsd or any other industry standard hex and roll pins. The AE ones will not work.

There is a good description on the product page on the website. Basically, the narrow axle makes the unit 1mm "narrower" so they have less plunge and require less trimming (if any) to the tc6.1 caster block.

Cristian, thanks I have put an order in... I also included a spare set of RSD021-4 bones to go with the V2 narrows - can I confirm that these are the same for the V2's?

Sorry, can someone clarify what parts are needed to change the V1 dcjs into the V2s to avoid/lessen the C hub trimming? Thanks!

The only thing they share is the bone. However this is if you want to lessen the trimming. If you want to just prevent the pins to come out better, you just need the couplings.

Thanks Matt! Hope you enjoy them.

Just an FYI, for all of you trying to use the couplings on XRAY ECS shafts. It is necessary with some units, due to tolerance to shave/sand down the little ball end on the axle of the XRAY BRAND ECS (note I am not saying DCJ-those are RSD and need no modding) about 0.2mm to make them work smoothly. We have found on some, they catch slightly, but a tiny bit of dremeling to make the ball a little lower profile and a little sanding to smooth out the edges makes the ECS work perfectly and super smooth. If you have any questions, please let me know.

CT
