Wow, the RSD6.2 Evo looks hot. Keeping an eye on it for sure.

Default RSD 611, 612 and 613 pistons Now Available!

RSD061 RSD 10mm 611 Machined Delrin Piston (6x1.1mm holes)
RSD062 RSD 10mm 612 Machined Delrin Piston (6x1.2mm holes)
RSD063 RSD 10mm 613 Machined Delrin Piston (6x1.3mm holes)

The 61X Series of piston was developed to increase reaction time and stability of your TC6/RSD6. Since the piston has 6 holes, instead of the traditional 3, you must use thicker damper fluid.

These pistons work great under all conditions. In testing they demonstrated quicker transition in switch backs, while at the same time increased stability.

I personally used a set of 611 pistons with 900 cst oil to TQ and win the last Round of the Texas EOS finals, which in turn, allowed me to clinch the title for the first year of the series in the Modified Touring Car division.

Pre-Orders for the Evo are also up. I am working on some pics for the Bell-crank less kit as we speak.

RSD6.2 Evo Conversion Kit for AE TC6/TC6.1 - No Bellcrank

Great alternative that is slightly less pricey than the full package. If you have a Regular TC6/TC6.1 and have been thinking about a Worlds chassis with a center servo mount mod, this is for you.

Is the Evo2 compatible with the "old" RSD6 dual bellcrank? Or only with a new version or so? Good thing I didn't make my cart final, yet. Will order one, probably.

It should work with the old bellcranks, however I have not tested it for performance. Fitment should not be an issue.

Thanks for the heads up. Will drop in a order soon.

With the 6xx pistons, how thick oil you should be running?

Thanks Rune.

With the 61X pistons, I have a guide on the product page for each.

However, roughly, the 611, you need 800-1000, the 612 1200-1500 and the 613 1800-2000 cst oil.

Cristian,

I just noticed on Exotek's website that their dual bellcrank doesn't work with Savox servos, do you know if the RSD6.2 Evo works with Savox ok or not?

They work with the RSD6, thus also with the RSD6.2 Evo. I can confirm this as i ran Savox. Now running another brand due the sponsorship.

@Cristian, wow. That's some thick oil. Will try it out for sure.
