Default replacing front TC output cups

well ive cracked and warped the front diff output shafts on my HB TC.. and the dogbone is riding on the edge of the rounded off diff output cup...
i was wondering whats the best way to go about getting to that front one way diff... take the top carbon plate off then shocktower then bulkhead screws? then the one way diff out?
