JDM: It's amusing!! Also, to have more 'directly' steering feel, I now use the inner hole of the servo saver (or named uni-crank/ steering poles??) instead of the outermost one! My friend also told me to reverse the servo: so you can modify to use a shorter link between the servo and the steering poles... This will also enhance steering... But I haven't tried this yet...

dyno - i think u might misunderstood why i ask the gearing setup to Fai.....i'm not looking at getting outrageous speed with 23t....the local track i run is dominated by nitro and with 23t i would always be kick around no matter what gearing i use...maybe not to a good driver which i am not .....just need a suggestion from where to start

P.S - i also own a Lehner 5300/Schulze 58ce esc so speed wouldnt be a problem for me if i ever need it

Dyno: under the website of alex (www.alex.ne.jp), if you click "about barracuda", then "setting" and click those Japanese words under the first .pdf file, you will see the pics. of 2002 JMRCA 23T Japanese Champion's Barracude!! Although those pics are small but at least we can get some brief ideas about his settings/modifications!!! (To read more, click its .pdf to know his setting in details) Hope this help!!

Do you guys have any picture of your car?

All I see everybody using is Quantum because of its size.

would my electronics fit?

S9550, KR-301F ko receiver, and GT7...main concern is the GT7...it's so BIG compare to QC...

I use the same set up for electronics on my PAL Barracuda and I have no problems making all for the stuff fit..
and with the normal Barracuda I have a VFS 2000 the same KR301 reciver and a Ko 2123 servo and even that fits without andy problems

Just place the receiver on top of the servo, then no matter how big the ESC be, everything will be all right! My setup is Futaba 9402, KO receiver with LRP V7.1 plus a Yokomo power capacitor!!
