I like that paint job a lot, my fav colours for rc stuff
not sure about the pink wheels though, would look nicer with some nice black graphite 12spoke wheels, but then I like my 12spoke graphite wheels on any colour scheme Headlights aren't as nice as some you posted a while back. Wing could be better in purple or maybe grey.

so who painted it? and how much? I really want an airbrush and compressor so I can do nice fades like that.

I need to order a load of spur gears, what do you guys reccomend?
I find RW ones are great in my Lab but too weak for the cuda. I've been looking for Kimbrough ones in the UK but the only place I found that stocks them is out of stock at the moment. They mentioned that Kimbrough are the same as Associated ones, anyone confirm this?

So the fish is off to the vet (i.e. Speedtech RC) to see what the H*ll I did to it...

Don't worry, I'll post his findings so everyone can point and laugh...at this point I am convinced there is something I did wrong that I am not seeing...

Or maybe I have something faulty in the kit (yeah right )

Herminator,

I believe the Kimbroughs are the same as the Associated ones (I think Associated OEM them)

I've been running machined robinson racing ultra spur gear (which are made for the TC3, but they work just fine on the Cuda)
they are strong and quiet.

Herm,

I thought the same too concerning the spur gears so I asked Jay Kimbrough and he told me that Associated does in fact use his spur gears.

Personally, I like the Kimbrough gears over the Robinson due to durability.
