Looks like you'll have some fun finding a setup for the Wodonga track I was down there last weekend and I'm still looking for a loose setup for the car. As it is it has way too much grip
See the other 'cuda thread for the setup I tried.

I think most people here would struggle to make 8mins even with a 12T motor, some were almost dumping 3000's last year at the end of the 5 minute heats, gearing would be slightly on the conservative side even with 3300's to last 8mins.
Yea I hear ya about the 8 min time limit and some of the nitro tracks My local track just had a major change in lay out and I find myself gearing in the 5.3~5.4 range on my 23T stocks

At the first Scottish Champs round one of the leaders in 19T spec class was using around 4.9 the winner I think used 5.3ish, that was at the track designed to take large scale Nitro's but they find it too small it's not got the longest straights of the tracks we run at, just fast entries to the straights and one or two tightish corners.

Anyway, where are these nice things you promised? it's been more than a few days now

4.9 on a 19T!!!!!!! The com on there motors must be shot after one run with that type of gearing I have yet to use that type of gearing on some of my 23T`s

Thumbs up One more Pic`

Here is a side view where you can see how much they moved the batterys closer to the center of the car!! You have to use 2 sevo mounts to keep the batterys from hitting the drive shaft in a Big crash

Looks nice but are you a magician? just asking because I see you have the alloy strap in the picture of the chassis bottom but I don't see any screws in the holes where the posts are located to hold the strap

want to swap a purple cuda for a well raced Lab it's got lots of hopups, shame it doesn't look as shiny as that R1
