Default please help identify these set-up discs

4 carbon fiber set-up discs.. they all match and they haven't fit any of the offroad cars I have tried so im wondering if anyone can tell what they are for.. the hex seems kind of small..

56mm diameter

9.5mm hex

12mm wheel pin slots

everyone at my track is stumped..
