In short, the performance is excellent. The car is really stable with the Exotek chassis.

The downside is that the quality and finish of the chasses, is nowhere near as good as Xray. You may need to Dremel it out a bit somewhere or drill some of the holes a bit bigger, but once it is fitted, it is great.

What I don't like about it, is that the battery is pushed more towards the center. But you can flip the belts and get good balance anyway. But you can't use tall batteries, as they can't fit under the topdeck.

Pretty much spot on, I've had exotek chassis on my 009 and my t3 and have had to do a little work to both as mentioned above, once sorted out they are fantastic. Main issues were screw holes being a bit small which wouldn't let the bulkheads sit flat on the chassis ...

Excellent product / chassis. I ran it on my 416 and now waiting for one to test on 417.

I had no issues with holes and finish was Perfect.

I pick up a t2 008 us foam chassis
the club I run at only run rubber on carpet
so this chassis t2r by Exotek would be good
to update it?
