Reedy 767 is always the place to start on non-trinity motors.....you can always try the Reedy 766 or a 767 on the positive and 766 on the negative.
If you don't mind additional comm wear, you can try the putnam green.

CS brushes are very good....just super pricey at $10+ a pair...

They do, assuming you don't overheat them....thats only draw back. Overheating happens.....and at $10 a pair, could get pricey.

DontFeelCold-
You have obviously NEVER tuned a Reedy,Orion,Peak or Integy(Atlas Motor) stock motor
Guys trinity and putnam brushes do NOT work in these motor's.
Peak Brushes will and by far the favorite is the Reedy 766,767's.
DontfeelCold-It's nice that you have an opinion but PLEASE understand that when your giving advice to someone DONT make them waste their money on a brush that will NOT work in this motor.
If you have TRUE experience or Knowledge with this motor PLEASE share it.If you DONT then Please keep a Opion with NO experience to yourself and not let him waste $3.50-4.00.

Best setup is the following I have found:
Fast Flowing:767's on both sides(766 on the is nice)
Medium to Fast:767 on +,766 on - with a hole drilled in the middle
Tight Smaller tracks:766 on BOTH sides with the - brush having a hole drilled in the face.
DontFeelCold-Im not picking on you and dont take what I say personal. Not meant that way.Trinity's brushes are made of a compound that does NOT work on those motor's.Just please in the future save yourself from giving bad advice.

Tex,
What do you suggest 4 a Monster pro, very open and fast track?
track is actually classed as a fast open 1/10 NITRO track, so on 1/10 elec, you can guess how fast its going to be!!!!
Not the best situation to be, but we cant change that!

Trinity(Epic) motor's arent as picky as those other motor's that are all actually assembled at the same factory.
Orion&Peak(Top),Reedy(Yokomo),and Integy(Atlas).
The material used on EPIC based stocks comms are simply a different compound.
On a BIG track like that alot of guys favor the
Putnam Greens. Not as much torque as other brushes but good watts and probally the MOST RPM.
Hurricane Golds,Reedy 767's,or a list of trinity's work GOOD but not AS good for big fast flowing tracks.
TRIBO: I do NOT use this product as a comm drop but simply to make the brushes and comm last longer and it does increase effiency.
You CAN NOT use Tribo if you plan on or HAVE used Comm drops on a particular Comm.Use a VERY small amount.Like 1 small drop on the comm itself before a race.
In mod motor's the amount doesnt matter but in stocks it does.
Goodluck Racing guys.
