Default motor rpm differences

I was told that there are differences in rpm ranges in the same size motors. Say a Tekin 17.5 and a Novak 17.5. Are there significant differences or just personal preferences? Just another new guy asking questions.

i would say significant depending on the brands compared.
My 3.5T exceed fusion is way faster than my 2.5T redline tekin. We are talking 13300KV against 11900KV. The exceed also feels more beefy, like it has more power. Both are sensored.
