sorry, excuse the laughter, just read the title and busted out. my apologies.

orion has a lotta offerings. 1s with internal balance plugs and 1s with pigtails. also connectors too, blank, deans, or TRX. 3000-3600 varieties at good prices.

Wow, just went through the ROAR list. Not easy to find lower mah AND stick pack. I found a good pack from ProTek but no roar approval from what I can tell. Yeak racing shows a 3200mah with approval. have to look it up to see if it's stick pack or not.

Don't know if this will help but it is the ROAR list.

I use the Core 3250 packs in my Mini and they fit perfectly. I'm not sure if you can still find them but they are the same as the Orion Experience packs.

Additional Product Note(s):

ROAR approved

Extended Product Information:

The rounded stick pack profile of Reedy’s all-new 2400mAh LiPo batteries means they are a perfect fit in cars that accept stick packs exclusively such as Tamiya M-chassis vehicles. However, their universal size means that they can fit in any electric vehicle that accepts 7.2V NiMH stick battery packs.

An additional design characteristic is the single cell “humps” that key into chassis that accept NiMH batteries in a side-by-side configuration. Economically priced, both packs are perfect for spec class competitions due to the fitment in a wide variety of cars. A Tamiya-style connector with 12AWG wire comes standard, but the connector is easily changed to accommodate individual requirements.

Reedy covers all levels of competition with LiPo batteries that fit every racer’s budget and performance requirements.

hotrod306 where are you finding the rules for batteries for the mini cooper in Roar rules. I looked and didn't see anything specific to minis. The only thing I can find is Tamiya requires lipos to be 7.4 2s-1p/2pa hard case with a rounded profile stick pack form and not a soft case and limits the charge not to exceed 8.44. They can not exceed 6000 mah.
