I don't really know what are the differences between the two and I need help

tb03 is shaft driven and the ta05v2 is belt.

All things being equal, generally shaft drive cars do well in spec or stock classes while belt drive cars seem to dominate the open classes.

thanx guys. I will be racing on low grip asphalt with traction compound. I want a car to run with the local club and also a car I can run TCS with. Not looking for a high end race car just something to have fun with and hopefully be competitive with.
