I actually have 2 sets,one was $65 with the dial guage and the other is a cheap $10 plain steel set. I actually end up using the plain jane set becaused I do all my measuring in MM's and the dial set is only in inches.....
BTW: no matter what kind you get stay away from the cheaper plastic sets,the jaws will actually flex and give inaccurate readings......That's why I only bought metal ones

yep because if one shorter than the other, it won't be able to compressor as much etc.
