Conrad, did you run the shortest wheelbase too??? My Car has the 4°blocks and turns a bit too much sometimes with the shortest wheelbase. I have to run 3° camber up front too...

I have a new Club Racer that I am setting up for 17.5 next season.

If I use the 31068 x-2.5 Rear Arm Mount, do I need to buy any additional mounts to be able to use it or will the stock ones work?

Darth , you need to have roll Center adjustability and the stock ones won't cut it... You need all the arm mounts: #31064 , #31065 ,#31066....

For example: I run my rtr tc4 with #31064 , #31065 in front and no shims ; stock forward mount(which is like a 0.5mm shimmed #31066) , and rear two degree block with no shims under it.......

Sorry darth, but by ”stock foward mount””, I meant the rear inner arm mount, that comes with a height equal to #31066 mount with a #2 shim under it.....
If you also want rear toe in adjustability with low roll centers, you can also get the 3°rear toe in block(#31067), and the 2° rear toe in block(#31069).... Good luck...

You are right. I don't know why AE didn't make the stock ones as thin as the FT ones but in plastic. It would have saved us alot of money, and saved them alot of hassle with different size molds....

Get a 60 tooth Kimbrough 64 pitch spur. Used for 1/12 scale cars. The ones I have bolt right in place of the the much larger associated spur, no modifications to the chassis or motor mount are required. 60spur/39pinion X 2.5 gearreduction =3.85

You'll find them at Towerhobbies or google them. They are easy to find on the net, and forget about your LHS...
