Don't worry Desert... I got Erik to make me some tc4 carbon fiber driveshafts(5.5grams vs 13grams stock) . Can't go wrong there... When you add that to weight savings on the outdrives/spool/etc...., forget about it.....

Bertrand, your posts confuse the hell out of me.

Desert, I just stated that you can shed some more weight out of your dc4 le with a carbon fiber driveshaft.... If my posts are confusing, it's because I see many improvements that can put the tc4 or dc4 le on the podium at any race.....

I've been following this thread for a while now. I race 2 TC4's and I love these cars! I've had just about one of everything it seems. Xray's, TC5 and 6.1, Top's....

I think you all have brought useful information to the table.
Take it easy guys

Looking for a 60T 48P spur that will fit the TC4 for running 17.5 blinky.

Can anyone confirm that this ( http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...-Spur-Gear-60T ) fits the TC4?

Battman,

Nice setup. Is the Hobbywing the ESC to have? Could you post your setup sheet?

Later,

trying to get gearing for 21.5. im a complete on road newbie. i would like to stay 48p

would the robison racing 55t spur 35t pinion fit in the tc4.

and that would make 3.92 FDR. would that be good on a oudoor track?

im looking for a good starting place and something i could go up a tooth on pinion if need be.
