In reply to my previous posts regarding the tighness of the transmission using IRS aluminum outdrives: when using the stock plastic outdrives, the transmission is free - the IRS outdrives were to blame.

However the diffs, when built with the stock outdrives were not very smooth, although I believe this could be because the springs that came with the kit were bent, causing the diff to tighten in part of the rotation.

I still don't trust the plastic outdrives for mod, as the diffs are exactly the same as the TC3, so I am going to machine the IRS outdrives on the end closest to the diff gear, to allow the bearing to sit closer to the gear, moving the diff further away from the pinion. Hopefully this will allow me to have the best of both worlds.

LOL bring it brother!!

Thanks Speedie for the kind words...

For everyone who is interested in bumpers, they are a bit more seeing how the foam is twice the thickness as my previous TC3 bumpers, I'm asking $ 10.00 ea. and will offer qty. breaks for 3 or more on one order.

I do have them in stock a fresh batch ran today of the all black! The gray/black were prototypes, we were trying to keep the weight down, but the all black ones are no heavier than the stock kit bumper...

Please email me for faster responds, kevanichko@columbus.rr.com

Thanks for the replies!

Lol...

Started off with 3 of toe, then went down to 2. THEN installed the Circle block in place of the Square block, with the 2 X block still on the rear. This made the car have a total of .5's of toe...

Mugen9112, SoCal R/C Raceway has them in stock for $199.99...

We have packaged them but, because of the 'new' installation design, we are waiting for the instructions to get back from the printer. After that, they will be shipped asap. So, we're looking around Tuesday or Wednesday for shipping.

Whats up with the TC-4 at the worlds?? I'm thinking about getting one(does not matter hows the car does at the worlds)
Just thought Baker would have a better showing..a few DNF's is really hurting his chance. The new car looks like it should really work well and it also looks like it's tougher.
