So we had our first Onroad race for the winter season and it was great for VTA, Not soo good for 1/12th

But I was still struggling with rear traction. So I actually slowed doen my steering using exp. and Wow What a difference.

Just slowing it down helped soo much. Might still be too soft on the springs or oil if the front end is diving that much in a turn to break the rear wheels.

Going to test that theory next week. going up a set of springs and oil in the shocks.

I love this car. The feeling of the rip out of the corner compared to all of the belt cars is awesome!!!!

Opps I forgot to mention that I DID come in first But Only because the lead guy made a few mistakes near the end.

It was a great Race. 10 min and I led the first 1/2 then got tied up with another car (after lapping it 3 times) but worked hard at staying clean and got the lead with one min to go.

I just got two used TC4s and was wondering if anyone makes a gear diff for this car. I know, a gear diff cannot be quickly adjusted without removing it and changing oil, but I don't like fussing with ball differentials.

Cool

There no known gear diff for the tc4 but, you always can try to fit the smallest gear diff out there... As for a oneway, it will not be fast enough....

I have a dilemma. I have 2 team kits and 1 factory team kit. I want to settle with 2. I was thinking of selling my factory team kit, but it looks pretty. I mostly run outdoors too so I don't know. :/

Keep the factory team kit and one team kit only... The other team kit can be stripped for parts to fix the other two....

I don't use tape , just the rtr brace on my team kits , and the tc5 diggity design brace on my FT tc4's . If you want to use tape, I guess you can wind it around the chassis battery holes .... Anyway, I just upgraded my Novak HV to tekin RX8 in my 4S tc4, and lost some weight in the process: 1721gram now . It should be a bullet, can't wait for summer time !!!
