Yes, i didn't even use the one provided, i just pulled the front end off my NTC-3 it fits right on, just use the long screws from the NTC-3 & rubber grommets.

Thats sweet about the front bumper. I bet RPM is happy they dont have to spend any dollars on retooling for a different bumper.

I checked the RPM NTC3 bumper the other day and tried it on the spare TC4 bumper I bought. I am still waiting on the car to show up in the mail, so I haven't built and tried this out. But I think it won't fit properly. The middle large hole in the back on the RPM bumper specifically the back part will hit the raised part of the front bumper of the TC4. It looked like you have to shave off some material on the bumper middle hole area or the TC4 raised part of the bumper to allow the RPM bumper to fit.

Are you putting the grommet underneath?

Since there is no threadlock in the kit have people been putting threadlock onto their CVDs as told to in the manual?

Default What do you mean by "Loyal" AE customers?

I would think that anyone that purchased a AE kit would show loyalty.

I have never used any thread lock on any of my CVD's and have never had any trouble with them. I take apart and clean them every other week as well and they never came loose for me.

this kit looks great, cant wait till they come out in australia.
I think so far only the two AE factory drivers are the only ones from Australia to have them but they are at the worlds

Quick question... should I be striving to balance my new TC4 side-to-side?

A guy at my track who's much faster than me suggested that I push all the electronics on my TC3 close to the center and not bother with adding lead weights to get the chassis balanced.

Upside... less overall mass and less polar moment of intertia...

Downside... obviously less balanced car.

Which is more important? Do all you guys balance your cars?

I'm considering trying to mount all my electronics as far out from the centerline of the car as possible to try to minimize the amount of weight I'll need to add to get a good balance.... but I'm puzzled because I don't see many others doing this with their cars.
