The top deck in the picture has no "wings" off the diff case top for the stiffener posts. No idea if it is a different thickness, etc. Just interesting that it is different than what comes in the kit...

Also an interesting blue alum 2-hole servo mount...

Oh yea, and anyone notice the shock caps...

The servo mount is nothing. This is a FT piece that has been available for several years now for all Associated cars.

Those are Associated shocks with what looks like Tamiya shock caps...interesting.

Well then what about the top deck? Can you shed some light on that?
Thanks

Ok heres what I tested this weekend with the BMI chassis.

Front
Purple springs 40wt 2piston
Camber 3 hole 2 washers silver ball stud
plaid fronts
4Deg castor
1 shim in rear 0 shims in front
smallest sway bar

Rear
Gold springs 40wt 2 piston
Camber 4 hole no washers black ballstud
Losi rear zero deg hubs inside hole no washers
Purple rears
Std wheel base front and rear
2.5deg toe
1 shim under front and 1 shim under rear
smallest sway bar

I didnt really have time to get a carpet body on so this was with a Mazda 6. Track is really small. 8 second lap times very tight as well. Basically just a 1/12 scale track but I wanted to play a little. Next month I will be able to put a little more time in. Question for you guys running the losi Hubs. Does it matter that now the camber link is angled so far back. I wouldn't think so but I am not 100% sure.
