Oh yea,I hit the boards enough now( hence the name "Lumberjak") in stockI can't imagine the power of a brushless. Seriosly though, the car felt real stable and predictable with the setup I used, it had plenty of stearing and rear traction. All in all, the car was a plesant suprise, ( I wonder, CF chassis& shock towers, some alloy knuckles, and does anyone make ti. shock towers?)

Default The 4300 close to a brushed stock.

Nice thing though, you install it and forget about it. You can install your titanium TC3 shock towers, they are a direct fit. I have read that somes guys feel the rear TC3 shock tower actually makes the TC4 easier to drive on carpet. I haven't tried it yet, another thing I need to try. Jason from BMI said he will be making some 3mm cf towers sometime in the future. I'll wait for those.

Anyone know the latest scoop about the factory team tc4? When is it coming out? How much will it cost? Has it won any big events yet? I am really interested so someone please respond.

There is a carpet set-up about 20 posts back that worked pretty good for me, RCknight runs well in the brushless class, I did make a few changes because I run stock and I'm not that good. The 3racing chassis is an unknowen (all the people I know have seen pictures of it but none have bought one) most have been raving abought the BMI (there web-site has been up-dated so you can buy on-line).

Default Sloppy steering

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to eliminate the slop in my steering. I've hated it ever since i bought the car. Is there a aftermarket kit i can buy?

Default xxxkat...

you can try my setup if you would like. I have it posted on post #5912. It works very well for me. It's good for a med-high bite, smooth, ozite carpet track. It seems to work well for several different layouts we have had at our track. If I were you I would get a BMI chassis. It has a lot of nice set up details that you won't see on other chassis kits. I have never seen a chassis with such a perfect fit and finish like a BMI. My two cents. Good luck buddy.

I just got a 3 racing chassis along with the shock towers. Looks real nice. Just have to file the battery slots; I hate that part. Testing soon.
