i like the idea of starting from scratch...but if you do, i'd go with Jasons TC3 motor mount (well similar design), far better than the standard TC4 one.

so it resembles the hpi and yok. I actually think that might be better. Jason any reasoning for not keeping that in the tc4?

Default Gaz8....

I would be interested and I know a few others at my track as well. One like BMI's would be great, motor moved forward about 2-3mm, the bearing brace/motor mount one peice (like the Pro 4) and with the motor mount openings that are angled up so slightly. I saw this on a newer BMI TC3 chassis, but for some reason I don't see it on raving-monkey's pic. I do like how AE mounted the bottom of the motor mount flush with the bottom of the chassis for extra support. I'm not sure if BMI does the same.

Default Raving-monkey...

that's the one, but the one I saw, the motor mount screws were angled up slightly to keep the motor from falling out if the screws came loose. I could swear that's what I saw anyway. Did BMI do this later?

Default Anyone noticed how much interest there is in a...

part after it's been made. Otherwise, people don't say much until then.

Default Jason...

do you still plan to use all the camber link holes in the upper deck. No one will ever use more than the two inside ones (like the pro 4) Has anyone here ever use one shorter than the two inside ones? It's just for looks if you ask me. Beside I like having more room around the diffs outdrives, it just more weight and the triangles braces look more evenly cut. (A looks thing)
