a shock stood up will make the car feel like it has less grip but it will be more responsive...and twitchier (that a word?)

when they are more angled, the car will appear to have more grip but it won't be as responsive but will be easier to drive.

I might look into getting one in the near future. Right now I have most of the slop out of my stock steering rack. Most of the slop I have left is in the ball cups. I can live with that. Actually alot of my slop now is in my stock steering ling coming off the servo. I will be looking to change that later this week.

Default Undecided.........

Been a TC3 racer version owner since they came out and very pleased; still.

I am wondering if i get the BMI chassis kit and put it in, how far away from a FTTC4 will I be? They don't look all that different.

i machine a .010 45 degree bevel around every edge top and bottom on the chassis, top deck and battery strap and also bevel the front and rear of the cell slots so the batteries sit flush with the bottom of the chassis.no filing or sanded is necesary.all you need is to C/A the edges.

yep i have one of gaz's machined mounts (Will post pics of my car as soon as my BMI arrives )

my car currently weighs 1510 with graphite kit...should be a little less with the alu steering rack so lets call it 1505.....then with BMI..should be even lighter

then CF goodies from Jason later on after that....tis gonna be a beast

and hopefully a 415 to follow
