Mr Phalen

Will AE release carbon caster blocks ?? (If i remember, FT TC3 have carbon caster blocks)
The standard caster blocks seems to twist in high speed corner and sometimes they touch the CVD bone.

Thanks.

Oh, great job with the FTTC4. I love it (In picture for the moment)

Has anyone else tried using the losi rear hubs on their tc4 to eliminate rear hub breakage? They seem a little stronger as they are shorter top to bottom which would provide less leverage for the wheel to break it with. Thoughts?

ah hah. Me likey. I have been breaking an average of one rear hub every three races. We race oval and while youre learning to drive (like me ) Its hard not to smack your right rear wheel into the wall every so often. I used to break front spindle cariiers, but I upgraded my bumper and now Im breaking my rear hubs. How similar are the mounting position on the losi hubs compared to the assoc?

Yea, just get yourself a NTC3 bumper and Losi rear hubs. I haven't broken a rear hub since.

The shocks are Losi JRX-S ones. They are the bomb! Much better than any others I have used anyway.

Since it looks like you race on foam tires-I recommend you take off that rear shock tower and put on a TC3 one. Yes-you'll lose the body mount locations, but you can still use the vertical ballstuds and I think the cars more consistent to drive with the TC3 shock tower. Just my opinion though.

I doubt theres room, but maybe if you cut down an L-wrench small enough you might be able to fish it in there and just barely get the allen wrench in the adjuster nut.
