Default FT TC4

Wow, that looks awesome.
I got my team tc4 running with alot of traction at the end of our carpet season, maybe to much. The FT TC4 looks like a must have to me for this coming season.
Does anyone know if the FT hop ups fit the team car?
Mostly chassis I am wondering about.

Per Team Associated's "Team Talk Q&A":

Your name: darin
Electric kit referenced: tc4
Comments:
I see that at rcx that the team factory tc4 is being shown. Do you have any details that you can share here?

Are there any plans to have an upgrade kit to upgrade a stock tc4 to the factory team edition? It appears that the factory team tc4 has graphite chassis, top deck and shock towers (at least from the few pictures I have seen).

Darin, we have not forgotten all you current TC4 owners out there. There will be an upgrade kit to be released sometime after the release of the kit. ******************************************

I posted this in the Factory Team TC4 thread - but I thought I would post it here too.
Rc universe has some videos from the RCX show - there is one with a Associated rep describing the new Factory Team TC4. It's about 1/3 the way down the page - Team Associated - New Products click here

Again I ask........

What is the thickness of the shims that came with the kit? I bought my TC4 second hand and it came with a collection of different thickness washers, so im not sure what thickness to use when changing things like rollcenter, or ackerman.
Thanks

And I reply.... Check the manual!! available online... Though I don't recall my TC4 coming with any washers for those applications..

Well see, having bought mine used I would never had known that. Thank you. I know the size used when the measurements are used (0.060 of spacers, or 0.030, etc.) but what washers are used when it just says 2 silver spacers?

Mike,

I looked through the manual and see no reference to "2 silver spacers" anywhere...

Where are you getting this info from? Just a thought... could be motor shims being referred to... the silver ones are usually thick vs the goldish ones are thin... stab in the dark...

I bought some extras, and they are (the silvers) shims for a B2. I do not remember the number, sorry.

MartynD, I am referring to the shims that are indicated on set-up sheets to alter roll center and ackerman. Thanks for the part # ill be picking some up soon.

And JWATT, when you say you bought some extra, where did you get them at first?
