as for the slop im mean there is alot of un wanted movement on the the cars wishbones and the c/hub (slight play)
as for the steering rack check out rc mushroom and look under tc4 hop ups theirs lots of great bits there and they are cheap and delivery is pretty fast too!
as for the shims i used nylon and machined it down to the required size

cheers

wicked,
your kit was sent out buddy.its on its way.

as for testing, the chassis was tested on both carpet and asphalt.first it was tested on carpet.once we had it working on carpet, now we tried it on asphalt.we made a few minor changes to get it to work real well on asphalt and then sent it out for final carpet testing to make sure the minor changes didnt effect the handleing on carpet.testing went extremely well
thanks for your interest buddy

gaz8,that is very true.a double deck car does tweak if you get into the boards pretty good.if you hit the boards good during a heat i would check the tweak.if the car is tweaked, you can just simply loosen the screws in the top deck to allow the twst to return to its natural position.then just retighten the screws and your set to go again.

I dont have the TC4 BMI chassis but I do have A BMI Pro4 3mm chassis and it does NOT suffer from chassis tweak..and yes i do "hit" stuff.. (Losi Jon will back me up on that..) I dont think anyone makes a better chassis than Jason I have also had a BMI TC3 chassis and it also never took a tweak after hitting stuff,so if your worried about "tweak" on a BMI chassis..dont..

Sonic,

Nice looking car. Especially with all the "bling". Are you running the 3 Racing CF chassis braces?
