Thanks

haven't heard anything about it - only that the FT version should come out next year and I would assume the RTR would come out after that.

I broke my motor clamp about a week ago and I know it wasn't even really tight.

the B4 RTR came out first, something like 3-4 months after the release of the B4. Probably it will be the same for the TC4...

im gonna get the blue alluminium one next (should be upto a bit more strain since its machined and not cast..and will give a bit before snapping)

What happens when you change springs and they have different lengths? Coppers are longer than purples so does that you run more droop with copper springs? I think this method has some flaws.

I also broke a cast motor clamp, very weird. So I stole the one off my TC3 and didnt have any problems with it.

I would like to get the aluminum one but its $25 , give me a break.

The funny thing about that droop setting is that it doesnt really measure correctly. I did this method with newly rebuilt shocks. After I did the method, I wanted to see how accurate it was. Turns out that I had a droop of 8! Thats why I just take my shock off to measure droop with a tool.
And I'm pretty sure I was doing it right also.

Default When I build the shocks, I make sure they are

ALL the same length. The springs should also be the same. Seems to work for me.

As far as Xray v. TC4 I agree the Xray seems like a better car even just from an engineering standpoint. But the LHS has Zippo on there shelves for the Xray and a ton of AE parts even rims for a DS. I really hate thinking I might break some thing and have to wait two weeks for a replacement so I'll go with what is carried! I looking forward to leaving the darkside even though my xxxs g+ is the first car I was ever competitive with and I'm really wanting the TC4 but AE better get on the ball releasing the FT v.

I dont think that the X-ray is that much better of a car. I just think the TC4 hasnt been on the track long enough to make an impression yet.
