Default setting a car up with scales

Picked up a set of scales from another racer buddy today....

So as far as I know, I should be able to set tweak and properly balance my TC with some scales. Any step by step guides out there? Tips? Suggestions?

Default

Start out with front weight about 45% and Rear weight 55%

Tweak your crossweights the same percentage left and right.
