well its been two days.. the website still shows my order as pending.
i have sent in an email yesterday and one today. no response.
i just tried to call their phone numbers. the first doesnt work and the second number just rang and rang and rang.
im not digging this experience so far

Try calling after 3-4pm pacific. I picked up some spec r parts a few weeks ago and found out that they have random hours of operation. (usually 3-9pm pacific)

which hobby shop are you buy? I brought some stuff from HK. They are very fast to ship. And also which country are you in? I am in Canada. it was very slow in Canada. Specially close to X'mas time.

I had issues on a return. Slow communication. I had to give them the tracking number multiple times. It took so long I had all but given up but I did finally get a replacement months later. Hang in there, they're slow but honest.
