T1, very tough, too stable, too much grip at the rear and not enough steering.

Im guessing the difference is a fully upgraded kit?

If you're a beginner , if you cant find a good Xray T1 definetely buy it ! It's very strong , simple and fast ! When you get better you can easily buy a modern TC but at that point you will get so attached to your T1 that you will keep it as a shelf queen

The only parts that could need replacing are parts of the drivetrain . Because it's a old car , it is possible that the belts and other stuff are worn . Check for the quality

the TC is completely different from the TCX (latest gen Cyclone)
