Still in good running condition. Have try running a number of times, has a good torque though but can't compare with today's motor having the same number of turns.
To know that it kinda old, no wonder I could not search for the spec from the internet.
So the motor will end up in my display cabinet.
Nikko tried to launch into the international racing scene with their Super Sprint belt driven back then and they also came out with carbon fibre chassis conversion kit in replacement of the original plastic bathtub chassis. How do I know all these....... Nikko had a works team in Singapore and Malaysia back then and I was one of the member on the Malaysian side for a short while.
Thats is why that motor looked kinda familiar.....we're using Nikko's works motor and not that one...we sorta chuck that one a side a rolled in our tool box..
I dunno what happened to Nikko Team after that....I tot I'll never see this car again......but ...well....its collectors' item now.
