Do you mean black top asphalt? Like parking lots...? Concrete is what side walks are made out of...?

If you do mean concrete and rubber tires, I would say something like Sorex 36s or 32s. I ran on concrete before and it had major traction. I had 20s on my car at the time and it was eating them up.

You can make tires out of concrete, they will be good for high speed runs,but won't offer much traction...... They may be a little mess to true also..........
