Upgrade to a Pro 2 status: Get carbon fiber deck, anodized parts, etc. Hopefully your hobby shop still carries parts.

They've been discontinued for a while now(3-4 years). You can get a used Pro 2 for like $60-90 on ebay and in the For Sale Forum. But check to see if your Sport already has Bearings... if not get a set that'll make it a little faster and run longer.

i think it does my uncle is like a tech freak so i guess he put bearings in it and theres bearing laying around in a box that i have so i think so.. and where would i find the bearing on the car

bump.........

rc_square24 08-14-2004 10:04 PM

there are bearings/bushings on all rotating parts like the axles and diffs.

maybe a graphite chassis and ball diffs are the only thing u need for better performance...maybe a heatsink aswell.

pimpthug04 08-14-2004 10:14 PM

and what engines are better than mine for cheap....

and what is a teken g-9

pimpthug04 08-14-2004 10:23 PM

bump.........

Switch Blade 08-14-2004 10:26 PM

well do you know what the teken g-9 esc is rated for, turn wise? Depending on that you can go down a few turns on your motor for more speed, but then there is more mantinence

pimpthug04 08-14-2004 10:28 PM

it says torque on it and thats all the way.......

Switch Blade 08-14-2004 10:38 PM

do you have a manual for it, and what turn is the motor you have rated for?

pimpthug04 08-14-2004 10:39 PM

no i dont have the manual........ and i am new at this so plz explain more
