This is more parts than I've chewed up in 2 years running the car. DNF 4 out of 6 qualifiers and both b finals. I had a 4th and 7th in my good qualifiers Surprisingly with all this carnage I did not bend any bulk heads or toe blocks.

FWIW I would not recommend the new spool as it chews blades and if you miss changing them out the driveshafts chew up the opening as its not hardened very well.
The new motor mount on the other hand is awesome. It can only run in flex mode as there are no mounting points for the stiff leg of the original mount.

Lastly, Is anyone aware of an updated kit coming soon? I'm in need of a new one!
I was at my first Swediah Nationals this weekend. I had also some ruined equipment. Two qualifying heats in rain on Saturday that took the life out my waterproff reciever and speed controler, motor and bearings in the car. After third qualifying I was 10th and I had Victor Wilck and Alexander Hagberg in 11th and 12th positon.... that was fun on paper.. but they did not run in the rain so they had only one heat at that time... In the end they eneded up first and second. I was in the other end.....

Victor Wilck had the fasted recorded speed with 116 km on the straight, that was faster than the 1/8 Nitro cars. I was crusing down in 100. He is also running the TP 4.5 I wounder if he uses nitro in the motor.....

This weekend we had the last race of the Belgium nats.
Grip was low and everyone had trobble with the rear end stepping out.
The trick that did the job was take out the rollcenter spacers in the back.
and camber at 0.5.
I can recommend everybody that drives a parking lot track or a low traction track to try this. Don't forget not to change ride hight and downstops.

With the thicker webs, they are also a lot more durable than the old Hards...

Biggest issue is that there is old stock of mediums still around. You want to get the newer header cards (the black/grey design) rather than the old ones, and the arms are clearly marked with an 'M'. You can also tell by the webbing nearest the inner hinge pin, as this curves round more between the two hinge pin holes.

Deffiently worth trying out for a better arm solution.

If I did not have so many spares already, I would sure consider it.

Still sounds like an entertaining weekend!

Do you have a set up sheet for this race?

first thing you should do is ask the other racers at the track what FDR they are running. but starting out with a 4.0 and temp after 3 lap and go from there. hope this helps.

Hey guy's

Need a new servo for my serpent, what do you guys recommend? My Futaba s9550 bit the dust after 7 years. Should I go low profile or regular size...I am going to try Savox servos this time around. Read really good reviews on them. How is their low profile for the s411TE?

Also has anyone upgraded their s411TE to ERYX? Don't want to spend money on a new car at the moment. Any good parts to order for te S411 that's worth it from the ERYX.

Thanks guys,
