Keep in mind just because an option part is released, it doesn't mean that the original design is bad. It could just give us an option to make the car have less traction on high grip conditions. I buy most option parts eventually, but I was really pleased with my car on its maiden outing. Next week will be my first full day with the car without having to still get something done on it during the race day.

I was only 2/10ths off of the fastest lap in the main on my first run in 17.5 no boost. Very pleased with it, and most of the people there who saw the run said that they were impressed with it as well.

Put your camera near your pit. Just in case you are in the mood to post some pics later.

I find with the stock "soft" a-arm need to run much stiffer springs... on average I am running around 0.4 stiffer springs both front and rear compare to my T3 (using xray springs on the same track). And the car is not as stable as the T3.... With the new Hard plastic parts I am running similar springs as my T3. And the car feel lot more stable. Oh, BTW: I run mod with 4.0t. I think for stock the different should be smaller.

I think with the one piece motor mount, it allows you to not tie the top deck down. Removing the top deck screw from the motor mount on the kit version you are at risk of losing your gear meshing due to the motor mount flexing with the chassis.

you'll be fine as long as you use all the top deck screws over the motor mount.
