I have been trying to get in contact and starting membership with logancity rc club I will check that app out too thx mate. I have seen a few pin/spurs on eBay but trying to find the best supplier of serpent gear for here in brissy
Ah ok, what you probably want to do is switch the ESC to Mode 2 on the program box, which is zero timing mode (that is blinky mode). Car will be slower mind (as the profile you have on does have boost/turbo), but you'll need to run this mode at club meets.
And yes, thats me with the 411 at Meakin, feel free to come bring your car over if you have any q's next meeting, as I'm more than happy to help out.
Gearing wise, I'm not sure what the prefered setup for gearing is at Logan in 21.5t, good bet is to send an email to Dave over at ActionRC (heavy at actionrc.com.au), as he will be able to guide you on ratio's etc, and supply suitable spurs/pinions. He's at the track every meeting too, so is useful to know
As for Serpent parts, honestly, your best bet is to just order them from Walter RC Hobby
. Jay is the Serpent Distributor here in Oz, and does a great job with really quick shipping on parts, and normally has a large stock level of parts. If I break something on a weekend (which thankfully rarely happens!) I usually have it in my hand on the following Wednesday. And he responds to emails fast as well. Very highly recommended.
